1. Delivery Timelines

We ship orders across India. Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

• Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Towns: 4–7 business days

• Remote/Out-of-Service Areas: Up to 10 business days

⚡ We usually dispatch your order within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

2. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Prepaid Orders below ₹999: ₹49 shipping fee

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹79 flat COD charge

🚚 Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

• You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking page or through the courier partner’s website.

4. Delivery Partners

We’ve teamed up with trusted logistics partners like:

• Delhivery

• Blue Dart

• Xpressbees

• India Post (for remote zones)

All deliveries are handled securely and with care.

5. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

• We’ll contact you to explore alternate delivery or process a full refund.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters

• National holidays or strikes

• Address issues or incomplete contact details

7. Missed Delivery Attempts

If you're not available during delivery:

• Our courier partner will attempt 2–3 deliveries.

• You may also receive a call or message to coordinate a suitable delivery time.

📦 If the package returns to us after multiple failed attempts, we’ll contact you for reshipment (extra charges may apply).

8. International Shipping

🌍 Currently, we ship only within India.
