At Young n Cool (YnC Life), we want you to absolutely love what you wear! If something’s not right with your order, don’t worry—we’ve got you. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on www.youngncool.in and www.ynclife.com, operated by Gumatti Fashions.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product if:

It’s unused, unwashed, and unworn.

The tags, original packaging, and invoice are intact.

The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery.

It is not a final sale, discounted, or personalized item.
If the above conditions are not met, the return may be refused.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-sensitive items.

Customized or monogrammed products.
-
Items purchased under clearance sales or "final sale" tags.

Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Clear images (if item is defective or damaged)

Our team will verify the request and respond within 2–3 working days.

If approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup (where available), or guide you on how to send the item back.
4. Exchange Policy
Want a different size or style?

We offer size exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges are free for the first time per order.

For multiple exchanges or special requests, shipping charges may apply.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll initiate a refund via bank transfer or UPI. You’ll need to provide your bank or UPI details.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or defective.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered?

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

To cancel, email us at teamteen@youngncool.in with your Order ID.

Once shipped, the standard return process will apply.
8. Important Notes

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds/exchanges will be declined if returned items fail our quality check.

Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area. If not available, customers must self-ship to our warehouse.
